| Peter Snow & Co. is a vibrant, independent company and is the oldest running Real Estate business still in original family ownership in Toowoomba.
It began in 1951 in Ruthven Street, and was originally known as Swan & Snow, and became famous for its regular fortnightly auction sales in nearby Schofield Street. Peter Snow Senior became the sole owner in 1961 and he still retains an interest in the present company.
One of our greatest strengths is our excellent long-standing reputation, which means the company enjoys a very high proportion of repeat business and a continuing strong presence in the local market.
We deliberately remain not associated with any franchise groups, as it enables us to offer our clients greater flexibility in the marketing of their property.
