Peter Snow & Co. had its beginnings in 1951 as a Real Estate office in Ruthven Street. It was originally known as Swan and Snow and became famous for its regular fortnightly sales at auction in nearby Schofield Street.

Peter Snow became the sole owner in 1961 and he still retains an interest in the present company.

The company has specific Real Estate skills that service Toowoomba and surrounding districts. Currently, the Peter Snow & Co. management team comprises of three partners, David Snow (Real Estate Agent), John Liley (Registered Valuer) and Peter Snow Jnr (Property Manager). The company is the oldest running Real Estate business still in original family ownership in Toowoomba.
